Day 5 – Gratitude

Awesome, now we get to the people who should matter the most, OUR families.
This is both immediate and extended families. Imagine if you did not have any family members, how would life be. When I used to travel, I used to go to an empty hotel room daily and this was not fun at all. It made me realise how much I missed my family and how grateful I am for them.
Some of us are not so lucky and we don’t have parent/s with us, so we seek conversations with our extended families.
Now Reflect in your Gratitude Journal.
