Well Done on starting the “Rock” exercise and following it through in the morning and evenings. You may find this to be boring at first but please stick with the exercise until it becomes a habit for you. You will also realise that it becomes easier once the new habit is formed.

The process is to break old, conditioned habits that don’t add value to your life.

Now Reflect in your Gratitude Journal. By writing these down, you will be able to feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, become more optimistic and feel better about your Life in general.
