The goal is to help YOU to Be the BEST Version of YOURSELF™
Understanding YOURSELF – Now is time to be more honest with yourself and share some of YOUR strengths. When doing this exercise, don’t ever sell yourself short? YOU are amazing beyond measure. Understanding your strengths will help YOU develop even more.
- Daily Journal: What am I good at? Note all down and you will be surprised at your strengths.

We need to realise that our strengths help build our self-confidence. Imagine when we have powerful thoughts, it becomes so much easier to carry ourselves forward. We feel great about ourselves, nothing from the outer world will affect us.
Don’t wait for others to tell you that you are good at something, YOU need to realise this on your own and know YOUR potential. Like I said before, don’t ever sell yourself short.
I would like YOU to keep the belief in YOUR personal value and keep reminding yourself about this. This is what counts and should matter to you when building your Self-Worth.
