A Gratitude Journal can change the way you think – When you decide to keep a gratitude journal, you are making a commitment to yourself, to turn your mind’s bad thoughts into positive thoughts that will inspire you, instead of grumbling and criticising.
By focusing on gratitude and making it feel more ‘real’ by writing it down each day, you are giving clear instructions to your sub-conscious mind that you want to hear more stories of gratitude and fewer of grouching.
Daily Journal: Write down 5 negative thoughts that you can change to positive thoughts and observe in a few weeks the significant difference to the general tone of your thoughts.
