AHC will provide mentorship opportunities to members who are seeking guidance and support in their personal and professional growth. Members who are experienced in a particular field or have valuable knowledge to share will be encouraged to become mentors and provide guidance to others in the community.

AHC will organize workshops and events focused on personal and professional development. These events will be designed to provide members with practical skills and knowledge that they can apply to their own lives and careers.

AHC will have a resource library that contains useful information, tools, and resources on a variety of topics related to personal and professional development. Members will be able to access these resources at any time to help them on their growth journey.

AHC will provide members with opportunities to connect with other like-minded individuals who are interested in personal and professional growth. Members will be able to network with each other and form meaningful connections that can help them in their careers and personal lives.

AHC will encourage members to set goals and hold each other accountable for achieving them. Members will be able to form accountability partnerships and support each other in achieving their goals.

AHC adopts a "Ubuntu Tax" by donating 1% of its resources (revenue, profits, or time) towards supporting community projects, campaigns or initiatives that promote growth and development in underprivileged areas. These includes education programs, business development initiatives, or mentorship opportunities. This contribution is a way of acknowledging the interconnectedness of all members of society and using the resources available to help uplift those who may not have access to the same opportunities.
